1. Acceptance

By using OpenAPI Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. It's that simple.

2. Your Account

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

3. What You Can Do

• Create, edit, and export OpenAPI specifications.
• Test API endpoints using the execution proxy.
• Collaborate with team members via workspaces.
• Publish specs via public hotlinks.
• Self-host the entire application on your own infrastructure.

4. What You Can't Do

• Attack the service or other users (DDoS, injection, etc.).
• Send spam or malicious content through the platform.
• Create bulk accounts for abuse purposes.
• Reverse-engineer the hosted service (self-hosting is fine — the code is open).
• Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

5. Your Data

You own your data. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over the specs you create.

• Export your data as JSON or YAML at any time.
• Delete individual specs, workspaces, or your entire account.
• Deletion is permanent — we don't keep shadow copies.

6. Public Hotlinks

When you enable a public hotlink, the spec is accessible to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for ensuring the content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights. Private specs are only accessible via token-authenticated requests.

7. API Execution Proxy

The execution proxy sends requests to target APIs on your behalf. By using it, you confirm you're authorized to call those APIs. Execution logs are auto-deleted per our retention policy. Don't use the proxy to attack or flood external services.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. The free tier is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance or push updates that briefly interrupt service.

9. Pricing Changes

• Price increases: 30 days advance notice via in-app notification.
• Price decreases: effective immediately.
• Existing plans honored for 90 days after any price increase.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us (for free tier users, that's $0).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

• You can leave anytime: Export your data, delete your account, done.
• We can terminate for abuse: Violation of these terms, malicious activity, or legal requirements.

13. Changes to Terms

We'll announce material changes via in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the jurisdiction of OmazyAI. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if needed.
